1. Residence, curate and lecturer: To avoid the trouble & inconvenience of house: keeping, I do not reside in my vicarage house, but live in the Parish of Fen: ottery as a Boarder.

2. Other benefices: Only the Vicarge of Harpford.

3. Divine service at other churches: I serve no other Church or Chapple, but only Hartford & Fen: ottery.

4. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service at each of my Churches every Sunday.

5. Frequency of communion: Four Times every Year, but as my parishes are small the Communicants are few.

6. Catechising of children: Generally in the summer season.

7. Church fabric: All the above Quaere's may be answered in the affirmative.

8. Glebe terrier: There is a regular Terrier of the Glebe Lands &c as the Canon directs.

9. Number of families: In the Parish of Harpford 26. in Fen: ottery only nineteen.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapple in either of my Parishes.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: The above Quaere's must be answerd in the negative.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Not any.

13. Charity: Not any.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted to the Vicarage of Harpford April sixth. 1768. And took Priests orders Sepbr. 24. 1758.
